Nearsightedness

Have you been aware how many of your company staff are nearsightedness or amongst your friend gangs?


Recently I'm noticed that, quite a lot colleagues in my company are wearing specs/contact lens.
Just took my department as a example la.. I got 12 people in the team & 8 of us are shortsightedness.. A lot, right?
OK, not discussing others, but I will be the example.

When the time I joined this company, I always wear contact lens.
Because I felt that is convenience for me.
But, this situation did not maintain longer & my power of my nearsightedness become serious..

The reasons just simple:
1. Face small laptop screen (12.5") more than 8 hours
2. My position is straight directly to the sun light from the room opposite mine!
3. Hardly to wear it in the morning due to not enough sleep

Few months after I joined, I give up wearing contact lens & back to wearing specs.
Sometimes, even think of wearing sunglasses during working just because of the sunsight shoot directly to my eyes!
But, just think only la...

Now, I got a big monitor screen which is about 19" from my boss..
My eyes are feeling better due to the big & clear screen.. (but the privacy drop already la.. Coz everyone also can see the big words already mar!)
Besides that, this big monitor are blocking the sunsight shoot directly to me already..

That's great for me & hopefully my nearsightedness will not increase anymore.
