Since she has a car, she always told that her car is new, so she want park at my lot. & because of she always back home early than me, so definately she got my parking lot before me. So unfair! Her car is car, my car not car la?!
Yesterday, same case happened. She park my lot & didn't inform me as well. When I reached home only found she has park my lot. Fine, I have to reverse & turn out to get a parking outside.
As lucky, I found a parking which near the guard house. I really thought it's lucky enough. Well, this morning, when I get my car, I found that my car (close to the right front tyre) been scratch badly. The scratch is quite deep & serious. When I notice it, I was so shock & my heart are so pain until now.
So sad!! My heart is bleeding & crying...

For the white scratch, I think that can be polish back to original. But for the Black scratch, I have no confident it can be recover :(

Pity you! Anyway, your sister is your family. You should have communicate with her and try to find a countermeasure for this issue.
Of course it is not fair that person who came back early should get the parking lot. If you are the one who pay for it, you deserved it.
If she really need the parking lot, she can pay for her own parking lot. That would be fair enough.
Anyway, try to resolve this matter. I don't think it's good if you have to search for parking lot at night since you always get back late!
Be extra careful.
I'm not paying for parking lot anyway. One house will entitle to have one unit of parking lot. This is standard rules. Well, she don't want to pay to get a parking lot, so my car has to park out if she unable to get a visitor parking.
I know her well & I know she will have to argue on this & that. I don't want to argue or talk more on this with her. NO POINT!
So, what I only can do now is... try to ask ppl help me to polish, see whether can cure the scratch or not. Then, at night... find a proper parking lot lo.
Just can said I'm in bad luck lo!
