Same questions still surrounding on my mind.
Which is whether is it worth still working in this company?
I know there is pros & cons on the job, that's the main things that I need to consider.
Whether I want to continue working in admin line or back to my banking & finance line? After explore myself in other line for 3 years time, I did learnt something which others might not try before. But, after this 3 years, am I still want to float on difference line?
Currently, I'm waiting the offer letter from my current company. With the job description & salary given, I need to think wise, is it worth for me if I continue to work here? I also need to think about it, what is my future career can be move on after few years? Is it wasted if I work in admin line from a banking & finance background? If I want to turn back to banking & finance line, is it too late? Is it means I need to restart my career path from zero again? Am I willing to stay forever in the banking line?
If I stay, I know I will lose my personal time. I have to sacrify my own time to do more things with not much salary. I have to work harder than others only can achieve my target. But, I also need to let go my dream.
If I go to my own line, I can work on time 8.30am - 5.30pm. After that time, I can do whatever I want. I will have my own time more, I can continue my own dream. But, it might be boring by doing the same things. I will feel no challenging in my entire life.
All these questions are flying into my mind since June until now. But I still haven't come out any idea. I need more comment and advise. Who can give me more comment? What should I do?

sometime when handling things like this, there must be something sacrifise.
if you take up of something, of coz you have to let go something.
Now you just need to figure out which is more important to you.
Think wisely, and do not rush.
I know that... But, frankly speaking, I'm short of time now. I have to make decision very soon...

another risk that girl wouldnt want to take which is love relationship. this is something girl will cut to the minimum risk, they prefer secure and one and only!
ops, let's not get out of topic. hi my dear dear dear fren, after some review and advices received from your frens. b4 that i guess u ard got the answer in your mind, it just that you want more support! i think if your current company offer you some minor addition benefits. guess u will still stay!

well........sometime beside the money, also need to balance up your own life .....
by the way, it your own life and you should able to control it....
if money controlling you, then you wont be happy 100% ....... even a smile in your face! it doesnt come bottom from your heart!
yesterday i spk and talk to one of my frens, she last time is working in design/advertising industry. work like almost 247 and no time for her own..... also during one year she being into car accidents twice becoz of rushing on job and etc..... now she chg to a better time schedule job. n she is happier!
and i ask her now, how u would chose if it like your situation now.
she answer me: if i really want to climb to the top in the corperate world..then i will stick to the job. if not, i would prefer to have more time fix schedule job due to many reason.... she name quite a lot of reason to me....

I understand what you want to tell me. I know what to do to balance my life. But sometimes, is really not under my control. I've some commitment have work on it. So no matter how, $ still the first things for me at this moment.
When things get stable, I will only able to balance my own life.
